*27  Observed the following water sources to not be hot: 1. Both hand sinks in kitchen 2. Dishwasher on kitchen side Water in hand sinks and dishwashers must provided with hot water 750.1120. Maintenance fixed hand sink. Because both hand sinks are very near to each other one was fixed and established to be sufficient till other is fixed. The booster was off to dishwasher. After the booster was turned on, the dishwasher was brought to temp. 5 Days
